- Manager (Security) [MMGS-III]: ₹85,920 – ₹1,05,820 (starting basic ₹85,920). Deputy Manager (Security) [MMGS-II]: ₹64,820 – ₹93,960 (starting basic ₹64,820). DA, HRA, CCA, PF, NPS, medical and other bank benefits are extra.

- Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognised university, with SHAPE-1 or an equivalent medical category. Manager (Security): Major or higher (Army/Navy/Air Force) or Deputy Commandant or higher (paramilitary) with at least 10 years of commissioned/officer service. Deputy Manager (Security): Captain or higher (Army/Navy/Air Force) or Assistant Commandant or higher (paramilitary) with at least 5 years of commissioned/officer service. Rank and service are counted as on 31-10-2026.

- Online written test (200 questions, 200 marks, 120 minutes, no negative marking). Reasoning Ability (25 marks), English Language (50 marks) and General Awareness (25 marks) are qualifying only; Professional Knowledge (100 marks) counts for merit. Then a 100-mark personal interview. Final merit: 70% Professional Knowledge score + 30% interview score.

Selection
Candidates take an online written test of 200 questions for 200 marks in 120 minutes, with no negative marking. Reasoning Ability, English Language and General Awareness are qualifying only. Professional Knowledge, worth 100 marks, is the scoring part. A 100-mark interview follows, and the final merit list gives 70% weight to the Professional Knowledge score and 30% to the interview.
