The Public Service Commission, West Bengal has opened online applications for the Clerkship Examination (Advertisement No. 12/2024) for clerical posts in West Bengal government offices. The number of vacancies will be announced later by the Commission.
Candidates who have passed Madhyamik (Class 10) and can type on a computer can apply from 6 October to 26 October 2026 (3:30 PM). The Part-I examination is expected around December 2026.

Elementary knowledge of computer operation with typing speed of 20 wpm in English or 10 wpm in Bengali.
Ability to read, write and speak Bengali (exceptions as per the advertisement).
