The Uttar Pradesh Education Service Selection Commission (UPESSC) has issued Advertisement No. 07/2026 for 17,735 Assistant Teacher (Trained Graduate Grade, TGT) posts in government-aided secondary schools under the Secondary Education Department. Of these, 16,193 posts are in boys' schools and 1,542 in girls' schools.
Graduates with a B.Ed. in the relevant subject and an upper primary level TET can apply online from 24 October 2026; the fee must be paid by 23 November 2026. The written exam is scheduled for 23 and 24 December 2026.
