Specialists (with 60% / 55% in the degree as applicable): Finance – CA or CMA plus graduation; Legal – graduate/PG in Law; IT – B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in CS/IT or MCA; Automobile – B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in Automobile Engineering (or any engineering plus a diploma in Automobile Engineering); Risk Engineers – engineering in other disciplines; Company Secretary – ACS/FCS plus graduation; Agriculture – 4-year graduate / PG in Agriculture, Agri Biotechnology or Agri Engineering
