Selection Process
1. ✅ Preliminary Examination
Type: Objective (Multiple Choice)
Papers: Two (GS Paper I & CSAT Paper II)
Marks: 200 each (CSAT is qualifying – 33% required)
Negative Marking: Yes (1/3rd per wrong answer)
Result Declaration: Usually 40–50 days post-exam
Only candidates who qualify the prelims are eligible for the Main Examination.
