Pay scale & allowances
Selected candidates will be commissioned as Flying Officers with a starting pay of ₹56,100 – ₹1,77,500 per month (Level 10 in the Pay Matrix). In addition to the salary, candidates are entitled to Military Service Pay (MSP) of ₹15,500, allowances based on place of posting, and additional flying pay (for flying branch).

Graduation, B.E/B.Tech
Requirments
Flying Branch: Graduation (any discipline) with minimum 60% marks and Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level OR B.E/B.Tech with minimum 60% marks. Ground Duty (Technical): B.E/B.Tech degree in relevant engineering disciplines with minimum 60% marks. Ground Duty (Non-Technical): Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks, or PG in relevant field for specific branches. NCC Special Entry: NCC Air Wing Senior Division ‘C’ certificate and other educational requirements as per Flying Branch criteria.

🎂Age Limit

Age Limit
Flying Branch: Minimum 20 years and maximum 24 years as on 01-07-2026 (born between 02-07-2002 and 01-07-2006). Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical): Minimum 20 years and maximum 26 years (born between 02-07-2000 and 01-07-2006).
Age Relaxation (As per govt rules)
No additional age relaxation beyond specified age limits. For NCC and Commercial Pilot License holders, upper age limit extended to 26 years for Flying Branch.
